Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for services provided by Made by Saleem. Because every project is planned and developed specifically for each client, refunds are evaluated according to the stage of work completed and the agreed project scope.
Refund Philosophy
Every project requires planning, consultation, research, design, development and communication. Time invested in a project cannot be recovered after work has started.
My goal is always to resolve concerns professionally before considering cancellation or refund options.
Eligible Refund Situations
- Duplicate payment received by mistake.
- Incorrect amount charged because of a verified billing error.
- Project cancelled before work officially starts.
- Refund approved after reviewing project progress and written communication.
- Any other situation specifically approved in writing.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Project planning has started.
- Design work has started.
- Development work has started.
- SEO work has started.
- Automation setup has started.
- CRM development has started.
- Client Portal development has started.
- Project completed according to the approved scope.
- Client changes business plans after work has begun.
- Delay caused by the client.
- Hosting, domain, software licenses or third-party fees already paid.
- Digital products already delivered.
Advance Payments
Advance payments reserve project time and cover planning, consultation and initial development activities.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has officially started.
Cancellation by Client

Cancellation by Made by Saleem
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a project because of:
- Illegal requests.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Abusive behaviour.
- Repeated violation of project agreements.
- Non-payment.
- Security concerns.
If cancellation is initiated by me before meaningful work begins, any applicable refund will be processed after review.
Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible.
- Processing time depends on banks and payment providers.
- Bank charges or payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.
